Procurement Engineer (Global Supply Chain Manager)

Overview

Peloton is seeking a Procurement Engineer (Global Supply Chain Manager) to lead procurement activities across Peloton's global supplier network, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a resilient, efficient supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies to support Peloton's worldwide operations
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers; manage ongoing supplier performance
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost reductions and favorable conditions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality) to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, dashboards, and regular reviews
• Assess and mitigate supply risks; lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage purchase orders, lead times, and inventory levels using ERP systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience with global supplier networks and negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus
