Overview
Peloton is seeking a Procurement Engineer (Global Supply Chain Manager) to lead procurement activities across Peloton's global supplier network, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a resilient, efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies to support Peloton's worldwide operations
- Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers; manage ongoing supplier performance
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost reductions and favorable conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality) to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, dashboards, and regular reviews
- Assess and mitigate supply risks; lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage purchase orders, lead times, and inventory levels using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Experience with global supplier networks and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement tools
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
- English fluency; additional languages are a plus
