Location: Murray, Utah

Peloton is seeking a Part-Time Peloton Expert to join our in-store experience team in Murray, Utah. The Peloton Expert will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate Peloton products, and help customers explore Peloton offerings, memberships, and class schedules.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their needs to deliver a friendly, informative shopping experience
Demonstrate Peloton bikes, treadmills, and related products
Explain membership options, class schedules, and on-demand features
Keep showroom clean, organized, and well merchandised
Process transactions, returns, and warranty requests
Collaborate with the store team to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate issues to management when needed

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Comfortable with basic technology and product setup
Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus
A passion for fitness and Peloton products
