Role Overview
As a Peloton Expert, you will be on the front lines of customer interaction, delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge in a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store with Peloton products and accessories
- Demonstrate equipment and explain features to customers
- Process transactions at the point of sale
- Maintain clean, organized store displays and aid in merchandising
- Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and deliver a welcoming experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for fitness and Peloton products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Flexible schedule; prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus
