  • Lead visual merchandising execution in partnership with the broader showroom team
  • Support and manage apparel operations, including inventory accuracy through regular counts, processing transfers, replenishment, and maintaining display standards and stock availability
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the showroom is customer-ready at all times
  • Partner with leadership to implement operational strategies and process improvements
  • Provide support on the sales floor when needed, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to sales goals
  • Maintain operational compliance and loss prevention standards

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior retail operations or back-of-house experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Comfort with technology, including MS applications (Word, Excel), Apple products, and inventory management systems
  • An appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyle
