Peloton is seeking a Manager, Consolidation to lead the company’s consolidation and financial reporting processes. This role partners with corporate finance and international subsidiaries to ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP and Peloton's internal controls.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close; prepare and review consolidated financial statements and intercompany eliminations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Perform technical accounting research; drive process improvements; ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls (SOX).
Collaborate with subsidiaries for data collection and validation; manage ERP/consolidation tools and related analytics.
Lead and develop a team; coordinate with FP&A, Tax, and external auditors.
Assist in preparing disclosures and management reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
5+ years of corporate accounting/consolidation experience; strong knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with ERP/consolidation tools and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
