• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
• Proactively utilize Salesforce to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Develop a deep knowledge of Peloton brand and products
• Phone and email outreach to clients to communicate updates and events
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards of the store

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sales experience in a customer-focused environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals
• Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; Salesforce a plus; Apple products a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
