Peloton is a leading fitness technology company building connected products and immersive experiences for its members worldwide. We are seeking a Director, Digital Security to safeguard Peloton’s assets and member data while enabling innovation and scale.

About the Role

As Director, Digital Security, you will lead Peloton's global information security strategy, governance, risk management, incident response, and privacy programs. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to design and implement secure systems, drive security culture, and ensure resilient defenses across the organization. This senior leadership role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Peloton's global information security strategy and program roadmap.
• Establish governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) practices aligned with industry standards.
• Lead incident response, forensics, and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Oversee security architecture, secure SDLC, and cloud security initiatives (AWS/Azure).
• Manage vendor and third-party risk, security assessments, and due diligence.
• Cultivate cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal, and business teams to embed security into products and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and privacy practices.
• Proven experience with cloud security and secure software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive leadership skills.
