Consumer Sales Associate, Part-Time — Peloton
Peloton is seeking a Part-Time Consumer Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role you will assist customers in Peloton stores, demonstrate products, answer questions, and help drive sales while delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs
- Demonstrate Peloton products and features
- Answer questions and provide product recommendations
- Process sales transactions and support upselling when appropriate
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with store team and leadership
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
