Pediatric RN Nurse Manager - Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of SNU nurses and support staff.
• Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and staff to deliver safe, personalized care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills validation for new clinical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and problem-solving for complex care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state preferred).
• 2+ years RN experience in high-acuity care (SNU/ICU/PICU/NICU/LTACH).
• Experience with adult or pediatric populations; cross-training encouraged.
• Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
• Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
