📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing.
• Travel to client's home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document progress.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Deliver skilled nursing care with autonomy in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Current AZ RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• One year of RN experience.
• Trach care experience preferred.
• Able to work in private duty/home health.
• Willing to travel to client homes.
