We are building a comprehensive AI platform for managing, resolving and preventing legal disputes across Enterprise law firms and Fortune500 companies. We are growing 10x YoY and signing more eminent firms every month. Our system extracts, objective, cross referenced facts from millions of documents, helping litigators win more cases whilst saving months of working hours. In this way we ensure every client gets the representation they deserve.

AI is transforming the law, but most tools have focused on contract law or are generalist copilots that aggregate the tasks lawyers do across practices. Wexler is the leading gen-AI platform specifically built for the nuances of litigation, and our growth proves the story is resonating.

About the Role

We’re now looking for a Founding Marketer. A creative, data-driven all-rounder who can blend strategy and execution to tell Wexler’s story to the world. This is a rare opportunity to build a category-defining brand from the ground up, shaping how the legal world understands and adopts AI.

You’ll be the first full-time marketing hire, working directly with our founders (CEO and CTO) to define, build, and scale our marketing engine. From shaping our narrative and running campaigns to designing decks, managing events, and turning product insights into powerful storytelling.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to build, experiment, and get things done. You’ll move fast, iterate constantly, and see your work make an immediate impact on how top-tier law firms and corporate teams engage with Wexler.

What You’ll Do

You'll become the voice of Wexler in the legal AI market, working closely with the commercial team and external stakeholders to build brand awareness and drive qualified demand. Your focus will be creating campaigns and content that generate pipeline and translate directly to revenue growth. You will work with a freelance team to execute on different projects.

Brand & Storytelling

  • Craft Wexler's narrative and positioning in the legal AI space

  • Create content that resonates with senior legal audiences — case studies, thought leadership, newsletters, video scripts

  • Partner with our founders on PR and media strategy

Demand Generation

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships) to drive awareness and qualified leads.

  • Manage our HubSpot and track pipeline performance, working closely with our commercial team to optimise conversion.

  • Experiment with growth channels to find what works in the market

Community & Events

  • Plan and execute our presence at major legal tech conferences, from booth design to post-event follow-up and ROI.

  • Create opportunities for litigators and AI enthusiasts to engage with our brand.

Marketing Operations & Design

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across decks, website, social, and client materials.

  • Work with designers, freelancers, and agencies as needed to produce exceptional creative output.

  • Analyse campaign results, web traffic, and engagement metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.

What you bring

You’re a builder. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. You’re as comfortable drafting a press release as you are editing a video, running an event, or tweaking CRM workflows. You’re resourceful, creative, and obsessive about delivering work that looks sharp and gets results.

Experience: 3–5+ years in marketing, growth, or brand. Ideally at a startup, B2B SaaS company, or professional services firm

Full-stack skills: You're comfortable with content, campaigns, social media, events, CRM, and analytics.

Exceptional communication: You can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories for senior professionals

Design sensibility: You know what good looks like and can work with tools like Figma

Analytical thinking: You track results and understand how marketing drives business outcomes

Curiosity: You're fascinated by how AI is transforming complex industries

Startup mentality: Hands-on, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Location: London-based and ready to work from our WeWork Aldwych office 4 days/week
