プロジェクトマネージャーは、「グランツーリスモ」シリーズ制作における開発チーム単位のプロジェクト起案から進捗管理を担当します。
・プロジェクトの起案（目標、タスク優先度、ロードマップの設定）
・プロジェクトの進捗管理
・関係部署との調整業務
・開発における各種サポート
プロジェクトの進行にあたって
Quality：品質
Cost：コスト
Delivery：納期
を意識した体制を念頭に置いてプロジェクト全体を俯瞰し、課題によって関係者とチームメンバーを繋ぎ、プロジェクトを円滑に進めていくコミュニケーション能力、仕様変更やスケジュール変更などのリクエストに対してフレキシブルに関係部署と調整を行い、適切なプランを導き出すマネジメント力を有した人材を求めています。
必要な条件・経験・プロジェクトマネジメント業務に関心がある・何らかの形でソフトウェア開発に関わったことがある（プロ・アマ不問）・Office製品の使用経験（Excel、Word、Power Point）・十分なコミュニケーション能力望ましい経験・スキル・ゲーム開発(ソーシャル・オンラインゲーム含む)における制作進行の実務経験（経験年数不問）・プロジェクトリーダー・プロジェクトマネージャーの実務経験（経験年数不問）・英語（定型的なメール作成や文章のやりとりができる）
