🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials, hardware engineering or related field
- 1+ years in PCBA manufacturing, SMT processing or microelectronics packaging
- 1+ years in manufacturing, reliability or design engineering roles
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAI)
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (DOE, Six Sigma)
- Experience with ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP quality systems
