Own PCB stack-up design for all Starship PCBs.
Drive new material introductions with design engineers and supply chain.
Create test plans and lead PCB reliability campaigns for production.
Manage DFM in design releases and vendor communications.
Identify trends to improve reliability, quality, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years of PCB design, reliability, or fabrication experience
Experience with PCB materials and fabrication processes
Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
Experience with failure analysis using X-Ray, cross-section, polishing
Proficiency with ECAD board layout
