Own design and development of PCB stackups for new PCB designs.
Drive introduction of new materials with design engineers and supply chain.
Create test plans and lead PCB reliability campaigns for Starlink production.
Manage DFM in design releases and docs; coordinate with engineering and vendors.
Identify trends to optimize output, quality, and cost.
Provide feedback to improve design for manufacturability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years of experience in PCB reliability or PCB fabrication
Experience running failure analyses with X-Ray, cross-section, and polishing
Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
Knowledge of statistical techniques (DOE, process capability)
Demonstrated ability to analyze data to drive improvements
