PCB Materials Lab Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Execute test methods and analyses to support PCB production lines
• Work with engineers to develop and document test procedures
• Improve lab processes to reduce cost, downtime, and increase yield
• Operate lab equipment (router, polisher, SEM, EDS, laser profiler)
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Read, interpret, and follow technical documents

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years micro-section sample prep or materials lab experience
• SEM/EDS characterization experience
• PCB failure modes knowledge (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012)
• LIMS software experience
• Willingness to work all shifts and handle hazardous chemicals
