🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in EE with 1+ year PCB layout, or 3+ years exp in lieu of degree
- 2+ years PCB layout/routing: passive/active parts, RF, BGA/high pin density
- 1+ year ECAD libraries and library config management
- DFx: manufacturability, assembly, and test knowledge
- Experience with Mentor Xpedition and/or Altium Designer
- Layout of mixed analog/digital, high-speed buses, FPGA/DRAM/CPU, power and DC-DC
- Experience with MIL-STD/IPC standards and design
- Experience monitoring industry-wide parts
- Visualize component placement and interconnectivity
- Scripting and automation experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed for mission-critical deadlines
