Perform routine PM and troubleshooting of Powder Bed Fusion printers to ensure efficient operation.
Laser optics inspection and calibrations to maintain laser output.
Maintain inventory of critical spares, consumables, and tools necessary to maintain printers.
Provide onsite technical support and training on printer ops and daily maintenance.
Assist engineers and technical specialists in developing and documenting SOPs for printer maintenance and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years with PBF printers or similar additive manufacturing tech
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Proficiency with laser optics testing and calibration (Power, Focus, Scanner)
Familiarity with CAD or programming software
Familiarity with EOS Service or similar diagnostic software
Experience with other PBF OEMs (Velo3D, GE, 3D Systems)
