🎯 Requirements

- Ability to interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with machines and tools
- Nice to have: 2-year Associate in Advanced Manufacturing Technology
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing or metal powder; MES like Manufacturo/Jira
