PBF Printer Technician II

📋 Description

• Operate and monitor PBF machines following established procedures.
• Prepare build platforms, load powder, and run build files under supervision.
• Document production data, quality checks, and machine performance in logs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain safe, organized workspaces.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Leadership to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing, fabrication or assembly
• Proficient with drills, calipers, and metrology tools
• 1+ years experience as a Powder Bed Fusion technician
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality parts
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing or metal powder is a plus
