Install, commission, and operate additive post-processing equipment
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and safety protocols for additive manufacturing
Establish process flow to meet production rate and quality goals
Track machine utilization and reduce downtime
Implement tooling and SPC to improve reliability and lead time

🎯 Requirements

BS Degree in Engineering or related technical field
1+ year experience in process engineering in manufacturing
Experience with powder bed fusion metal printing
Experience in fast-paced, iterative design environments
Experience with ISO AS9100/ISO9000 or medical device manufacturing
Nice to have: Six-Sigma Greenbelt, SPC, DOE; Lean (5S)
