Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SeniorJava Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in building scalable, high-performing, and reliable backend systems that support our financial services platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Java and Spring Framework.
Work on microservices architecture to build scalable and modular services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems to improve performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in Java with 4-8+ years of hands-on experience.
Proficiency in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API design best practices.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial or fintech domain is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
