  • Own the West and Mountain territory, full sales cycle for 1,000โ€“5,000 lives.
  • Build pipeline with broker/employer engagement; leverage 4โ€“6 years of sales experience.
  • Own the entire sales process to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Partner with VP Growth to hit quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage multiple contracts and guide customers through the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene and manage pipeline to goal.

  • 4โ€“6 years in Sales, Partnerships or BD.
  • Experience with Google Suite; building slides and sheets.
  • Credibility and strong relationships with customers and teams.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track record of net direct new business sales vs targets.
  • High motivation and resilience to grow at Paytient.
