📋 Description

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for roles across revenue, customer, marketing, tech, and finance.
  • Support hiring across global teams in the Philippines, US, UK, Romania, and Canada.
  • Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines through passive sourcing.
  • Partner with recruiting peers and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Total Rewards).
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate personas.
  • Identify and attract highly skilled candidates using creative sourcing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition with global full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting Go-to-Market, Sales, Data, Customer Success, G&A, and more.
  • Preferably blend of in-house and agency recruiting.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
  • Experience using Ashby or similar ATS is a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS is a plus.
