- Perform full-cycle recruiting for roles across revenue, customer, marketing, tech, and finance.
- Support hiring across global teams in the Philippines, US, UK, Romania, and Canada.
- Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines through passive sourcing.
- Partner with recruiting peers and cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Total Rewards).
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate personas.
- Identify and attract highly skilled candidates using creative sourcing.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition with global full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience recruiting Go-to-Market, Sales, Data, Customer Success, G&A, and more.
- Preferably blend of in-house and agency recruiting.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
- Experience using Ashby or similar ATS is a plus.
- Experience working in SaaS is a plus.
