📋 Description

• Audit data between Workday, Equity Edge, and ADP to ensure payroll sync.
• Improve processes to automate tasks and bypass system limitations.
• Oversee tax compliance across 70+ US/Canada jurisdictions.
• Identify timing differences and resolve tax notices; support year-end filings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in complex Payroll Tax Administration
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday HRIS; data flow to payroll
• Excel proficiency to reconcile large datasets
• Solid understanding of US federal, state, and local tax reciprocity
• Experience with automating and improving payroll processes
