📋 Description

• End-to-end multi-state payroll including commissions and bonuses.
• Oversee deductions: 401(k), health, welfare, and garnishments.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and W-2s.
• Own Rippling tax engine; manage registrations and notices.
• Ensure compliance with evolving tax rules and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in complex payroll, tax, and compliance.
• Proven multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong HRIS and Excel skills; tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
