Payroll Tax Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as SME for NAM & LATAM payroll, equity, benefits, and reporting.
• First contact for payroll tax issues, notices, tax IDs, audits, and W-2 corrections.
• Collaborate with payroll team to resolve inquiries within SLA.
• Manage agency tax notices and tracers with providers and government agencies.
• Lead internal and external payroll tax audits.
• Collaborate with global payroll operations to ensure timely withholding and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll tax reporting and compliance in multi-state or large corporation.
• 3+ years with ADP.
• Experience with payrolls larger than 3,000 employees.
• Understanding of equity taxation (RSUs and Stock Options).
• Understanding of employment tax rules, including expatriate taxes.
• Experience with payroll tax audits and compliance.
