🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in client or partner-facing role supporting technical products
  • 2+ years at a payroll provider or platform with payroll workflows
  • Experience in high-volume support environments with speed and accuracy
  • Strong investigative instincts and ownership over ambiguous problems
  • Attention to detail with accuracy while moving fast
  • Fluency with ticketing systems, preferably ZenDesk
