Payroll Specialist Lead - US

📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end payroll operations for the US environment.
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, outputs; maintain data integrity.
• Manage payroll-related exceptions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Support the operational implementation of payroll processes, including system updates and changes.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end payroll execution in US payroll or similar env.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll processes or contributing to operational rollouts.
• Strong analytical skills; identify issues, interpret data, resolve exceptions.
• Proficiency in payroll systems; quick to learn new tools; automation/AI a plus.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
