📋 Description

• Ensure payroll processed accurately, on time, compliant with regs.
• Own end-to-end payroll for assigned jurisdictions, inputs to post-payroll.
• SME on country payroll requirements; keep up with changes.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Improve payroll processes; streamline workflows and transparency.
• Maintain payroll documentation and knowledge base.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for system updates and improvements.
• Drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled tools in payroll.
• Participate in testing payroll system developments and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Ukrainian payroll ops experience; end-to-end Ukraine payroll processing.
• Managed multi-country payroll in global orgs; varied systems/regulations.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in payroll ecosystem.
• Analytical, detail-oriented; solve complex payroll scenarios.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
