• Act as SME for country payroll and stakeholders
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house incl filings and payments
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Manage accounting/reconciliations; KPIs and SLAs focus
• Implement and improve payroll processes
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset and problem solving
• Fluent in English
• Strong async communication
