Process end-to-end payroll in-house, filings, exceptions, approvals and payments
Ensure data integrity and quality
Focus on KPIs and SLAs
Mentor and support payroll specialists

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving abilities
Fluent in English; professional proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian
Experience with Pantheon software
