Payroll Specialist Lead - Serbia

📋 Description

• Act as SME for the country; manage payroll implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house; filings, approvals, payments, compliance.
• Ensure data integrity and quality.
• Accounting/reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes.
• Mentor payroll specialists; back up regional managers during absences.

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, international environment with impact.
• Comfortable working largely asynchronously.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian.
• Experience working with Pantheon software.
