Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Process payroll accurately, on time, and in compliance with country rules.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions.
• Be SME on country payroll requirements and regulatory updates.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Polish payroll operations experience; end-to-end payroll in Poland.
• Multi-country payroll experience; exposure to various payroll systems.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented; solves complex payroll scenarios.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in payroll tools and data analysis; automation/AI aware.
