📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant.
• Stay up to date with legislative, tax, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external payroll partners.
• Support payroll rollout in new or expanding jurisdictions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on country payroll matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Polish payroll operations experience; end-to-end payroll in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments and global organizations.
• Strong payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting and compliance.
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders in Remote's payroll ecosystem.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with problem solving for complex payroll scenarios.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
