🎯 Requirements

• Polish payroll end-to-end processing experience in Poland.
• Multi-country payroll management experience.
• Knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to handle complex payroll scenarios.
• Excellent written and oral English; async communication.
• Ownership mindset; proactive risk identification.
