• Act as SME for the country within Payroll Ops
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house and ensure compliance
• Manage payroll journals and reconciliations
• Maintain data integrity and data quality
• Track KPIs and SLAs in payroll operations
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers

• End-to-end payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient with Excel/Google Suite
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
• Able to work in fast-paced, international async environment
• Fluent English
