Act as country payroll SME.
Manage stakeholder relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineers.
Process end-to-end payroll in-house or via provider.
Ensure data integrity and payroll quality.
Payroll journals and reconciliations; KPIs and SLAs.
Implement and improve payroll processes; mentor staff; back up managers.

🎯 Requirements

End-to-end payroll processing experience (in-house or provider).
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving.
Adaptable to fast-paced international/ asynchronous work.
Fluent English; remote experience a plus.
