Payroll Specialist Lead - Japan (Japanese Speaking)

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for the country
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Payroll, Finance, Product and Engineers
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings and payments
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Implement and improve payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
• Able to work asynchronously in a fast-paced international environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
