• Act as subject matter expert for the country.

• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house.
• Ensure data integrity and quality.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes.
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers.

• Payroll management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• SAP, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment asynchronously.
• Fluent in English.
