Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance
Ensure data integrity and quality
Focus on KPIs and SLAs
Mentor and support payroll specialists

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Adaptable to fast-paced, international, asynchronous environment
Fluent in English
