Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings and payments
Ensure data integrity and quality
Focus on KPIs and SLAs
Implement and improve payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
Fluent in English
Able to work largely asynchronously
