Act as a subject matter expert for the country payroll.
Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, approvals, and payments.
Ensure data integrity and quality; perform reconciliations.
Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes.
Mentor and support payroll specialists; back up regional managers.

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset and strong problem solving.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
Fluent in English and German.
