Act as SME for the country and partner with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, exceptions, approvals, and payments.
Ensure data integrity and quality across payroll data.
Focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement and improve processes.
Mentor and support payroll specialists; back up regional managers during absences.

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
Adapt to fast-paced, international work environment with impact.
Fluent English; remote experience a plus.
