Act as subject matter expert for Croatia/Serbia payroll.
Manage payroll implementations with stakeholders across Payroll, Finance, Product and Engineers.
Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, approvals, payments.
Ensure data integrity and quality of payroll data.
Payroll accounting and reconciliations.
Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers.

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient in SAP, Excel or Google Sheets.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Able to work largely asynchronously in an international environment.
Proficient in English and Serbian/Croatian.
Experience with Pantheon software.
