📋 Description

• Act as the country’s subject matter expert
• Manage relationships with Payroll, Finance, Product, Engineers
• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, filings and payments
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Implement and improve payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
• Professional working proficiency in English and Serbian/Croatian
• Experience with Pantheon software
