📋 Description

• Act as true subject matter expert for the country
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, statutory filings, approvals, payments, compliance
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Mentor and support payroll specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Serbian/Croatian
• Experience with Pantheon software
