📋 Description

• Subject matter expert for the country
• Manage stakeholder relationships: Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
• End-to-end payroll processing, filings, exceptions, payments, compliance
• Ensure data integrity and data quality
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs; drive process improvements
• Mentor/support payroll specialists; back up regional managers

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management experience; payroll best practices
• SAP, Excel/Google Sheets; Pantheon experience
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, international, asynchronous setting
• Fluent in English; Serbian/Croatian proficiency
• Remote-friendly mindset; remote experience is a plus
