• Act as a true subject matter expert for the country

• Process end-to-end payroll in-house, including filings, approvals, and payments
• Ensure data integrity and quality
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs
• Implement and improve payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent written and spoken English
