Process end-to-end payroll in-house, filings, approvals, payments and compliance
Ensure data integrity and quality
Back up regional managers during times of absence

🎯 Requirements

Payroll management or equivalent experience
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with strong problem solving
Adaptable to fast-paced international environment
Productivity-focused with process improvement
Comfortable working asynchronously
Fluent English; remote experience a plus
